01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 888r ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered via the 888r website, mobile application, or any associated platform. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you enter into a legally binding contract with 888r under these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translated version is made available and a discrepancy arises between the English original and any translation, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open an 888r account and participate in any game or betting market on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 888r or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888r or had an account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are opening only one account in your own name. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

During the registration process you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You must notify 888r promptly if any of this information changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 888r platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 888r reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 888r account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. 888r will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

• Accounts must be verified before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires valid CNIC and proof of payment method.
• 888r reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation where unusual activity, potential fraud, or a dispute is detected.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in the account dashboard notifications.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 888r support team. Outstanding bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

888r operates a PKR-native cashier. All deposits, gameplay balances, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. We do not apply any currency conversion fees or hidden exchange rate markups. The amount you deposit and the amount you withdraw are both in PKR throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on 888r: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit Card. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

• You may only withdraw funds from a real-money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• 888r reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific method, 888r may require that the withdrawal be returned to that same method first before an alternative can be used.
• Deposits made in error or that are charged back will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

888r offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The terms below represent the general conditions applicable to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain in a bonus balance after the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• 888r reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering loopholes, using multiple accounts, or employing low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Promotional offers are available to eligible players only. 888r reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games offered on 888r use certified random number generators independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Bet acceptance, game outcomes, and the calculation of winnings are determined in accordance with the rules of the specific game or betting market as displayed at the time of play.

For sports betting markets, including all cricket, PSL, Test match, ODI, T20I, football, UFC, and tennis markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once accepted by the 888r sportsbook system. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance except where a cash-out feature is offered and available on that specific market.
• 888r reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing or market data was clearly erroneous at the time of acceptance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 888r's trading team, including during live events due to data delays or significant events on the field.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event are displayed in the sportsbook. Winnings that exceed these limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.
• Where an event is abandoned or postponed, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as published in the 888r sportsbook rules documentation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888r platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

1. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with 888r games, betting markets, or customer support systems.
2. Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
3. Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game or platform code to gain an unfair advantage. Any such winnings will be voided.
4. Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment method fraud.
5. Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or evading responsible gaming restrictions.
6. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that attempts to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet.
7. Using the 888r platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
8. Abusing the 888r promotions system, including through structured low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888r platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the proprietary intellectual property of 888r or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888r platform solely for your own personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 888r platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 888r software or game.
• Use the 888r brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in any way that implies an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the 888r platform by automated means.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888r's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888r shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 888r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

888r does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical interruptions. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime but accept no liability for losses incurred during periods of scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or third-party service disruptions including internet service provider failures.

10 Responsible Gaming

888r is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and we take active steps to prevent gambling from becoming a harmful habit for any of our players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 888r account holders and can be activated directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that appear during gameplay to inform you of the time elapsed in your current session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your wagering activity and net result during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 888r for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

888r collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 888r uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and KYC verification; processing financial transactions; providing customer support; complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering requirements; and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

888r implements industry-standard technical security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, restricted access controls on systems holding personal data, and regular independent security audits of our platform infrastructure.

12 Amendments & Termination

888r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.

888r reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or a regulatory requirement to do so. In the event of termination not caused by a player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may terminate their own account at any time by contacting the 888r customer support team. Outstanding bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 888r's international gaming license is issued. By accepting these Terms you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.

888r operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 888r account or experience, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at the address listed below. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 888r's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available on request from the customer support team.
